**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazing **Advanced System Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will get to Support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Architecture Validation team as an Advanced System Engineer.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
* Lead a team of architecture analysts, assigning analysis tasks and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer
* Assess MD threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities, and develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level
* Support modeling & simulation efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High Performance Computing (HPC)
* Develop analysis plans, run M&S to execute the analysis plan, perform analysis on the results, prepare analysis reports, and providing reviews of analysis products.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
* Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12 years experience
* Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
* Experience with MATLAB
* Deep understanding of the current MDS architecture
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* MATLAB Coding
* Experience with application of modeling & simulation to defense architectures, HPC experience, MBSE experience
* Experience with BMD Benchmark
**Security Clearance Requirement:**
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
