### Your New Role
* Lead field operations for commercial construction projects based out of Alvarado, TX, with travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments
* Oversee commercial interior build-outs, renovations, and ground-up construction projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
* Monitor daily jobsite activities, workforce planning, and production goals
* Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
* Conduct site meetings, safety talks, and quality control inspections
* Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements
* Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners
* Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and keep projects on track
* Complete daily reports, project documentation, and field logs using construction management software
