**About the Role**
A leading senior care and rehabilitation campus in the Bronx is seeking a **Director, Office of the COO** to serve as a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership. This high-impact role functions as an extension of the COO---translating organizational strategy into actionable operational initiatives and ensuring cross-departmental execution and accountability.
This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare operations professional with strong executive support experience who thrives in fast-paced, multi-service healthcare environments such as long-term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage strategic and operational projects on behalf of the COO focused on performance improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
* Partner with facility leadership and department heads to drive accountability and monitor progress on key initiatives.
* Manage daily operations of the Office of the COO, ensuring timely coordination of priorities, reporting, and decision-support materials.
* Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to improve communication and cross-functional collaboration.
* Oversee administrative and financial processes for the Office of the COO, including budget documentation, invoice review, expense tracking, approvals, and compliance.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred.
* 5+ years of executive-level support experience within healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or rehabilitation environments.
* Strong project management and operational coordination skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
