### Must have:
### - Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience. - At least 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Specialist capacity, with willingness to support core IT helpdesk tasks. - 3 to 5 years of practical experience administering, configuring, or implementing major ERP platforms such as Infor, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Workday. - Strong SQL skills for database querying. - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. - Practical experience troubleshooting and configuring Google/Gmail and macOS. - Basic knowledge of user provisioning through Google Workspace. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build effective working relationships and contribute to team-based solutions. - Sound business judgment and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. - Awareness of budget guidelines with an emphasis on cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:

- Administer our ERP platform by managing user access, security permissions, configurations, and routine upkeep. - Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and deliver system improvements. - Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate patch releases, and support the rollout of new modules and upgrades with minimal disruption. - Oversee integrations and troubleshoot data flows between our ERP and connected systems such as CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and warehouse platforms. - Maintain strong data governance practices to ensure accurate, consistent information across systems. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated data extracts to support leadership decisions. - Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for system issues and work with vendors or developers when needed. - Keep documentation current for architecture, custom settings, data flows, and standard operating procedures. - Train new hires and develop self-service resources that improve user adoption and system proficiency. - Manage end-to-end hardware provisioning for new employees, including imaging, setup, and account configuration for Mac and Windows laptops. - Serve as the local technical contact for office support needs such as desktop issues, basic networking, printers, and software access. - Track IT assets, including devices, peripherals, license keys, and hardware lifecycle planning.
