### - We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline; a masters degree is preferred. - We need 12+ years of experience in supply chain systems, including substantial architecture leadership. - We look for deep expertise across multiple planning and logistics platforms, including SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, and Manhattan, with strong integration experience for SAP S/4HANA or ECC. - We value experience with hybrid planning models and execution-aligned planning processes. - We expect a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale global implementations. - We prefer experience with cloud-native or SaaS architectures, especially Azure in our environment. - We prefer expertise in integration platforms such as SAP CPI, Tibco, MuleSoft, APIs, and event streaming. - We prefer knowledge of advanced planning algorithms, optimization, and heuristic methods. - We prefer TOGAF or an equivalent enterprise architecture certification. - We prefer experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.

Responsibilities:

- We define and govern end-to-end architecture for supply chain planning domains. - We establish multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with our business strategy and digital supply chain vision. - We act as a thought leader, shaping platform strategy with senior IT and business leaders. - We standardize and rationalize global solutions across business units. - We ensure architecture strategy is tied to measurable business outcomes and long-term transformation goals. - We design, implement, and guide architecture for large-scale planning and logistics solutions, including advanced planning systems and logistics capabilities. - We translate complex business needs into scalable, reusable solution designs. - We drive end-to-end integration across plan, build, and deliver processes. - We define enterprise integration patterns across ERP, planning, transportation, customs, WMS, and external partner ecosystems. - We lead architecture for real-time data flows, APIs, and event-driven frameworks. - We ensure data consistency across planning and logistics systems, including master and transactional data governance. - We provide architectural oversight to system integrators and vendors, maintaining alignment with our standards. - We review and approve solution designs to ensure scalability and enterprise consistency. - We serve as lead architect on global transformation programs and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives. - We mentor solution architects, technical leads, and delivery teams. - We drive vendor selection, architecture alignment, and performance accountability. - We advance innovation in areas such as control towers, AI, and scenario planning. - We continuously improve solutions through performance tuning, simplification, and cost reduction. - We partner with business leaders to drive adoption, align operating processes, and track value realization after implementation.
