We're partnered with a **nationally recognized, award-winning Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm** that is looking to add a **Preconstruction Manager** to their growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a **Project Manager with preconstruction experience** who is ready to make the transition into a more specialized, front-end focused role within a highly collaborative **design-build environment**.

As the Preconstruction Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping projects before they reach the field - working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal operations teams to develop successful project strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead preconstruction efforts from early conceptual stages through project handoff
* Develop budgets, estimates, schedules, and cost analysis
* Provide constructability reviews and value engineering recommendations
* Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
* Assist with project planning, procurement strategy, and overall execution approach
* Help bridge the gap between design development and construction operations

* Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
* Previous exposure to estimating, budgeting, or preconstruction
* Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
