We are seeking an experienced Specifications Writer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality design and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing detailed project specifications, ensuring alignment with design intent, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate closely with architects, and engineers to identify and document appropriate building materials, assemblies, and systems
* Prepare comprehensive project specifications and manuals using established master specification content
* Provide technical input and guidance throughout the design process and during construction
* Support project teams during construction administration with specification-related reviews and responses
* Conduct product research, analysis, and comparative evaluations
* Assist with technical problem-solving and detailing as needed
* Contribute to quality control efforts related to documentation and specifications
