### - Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a closely related discipline. - 4--8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a similar field. - A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and effective problem-solving. - Advanced proficiency in Figma and contemporary design/prototyping tools. - Experience designing enterprise applications, customer portals, dashboards, and workflow-based systems. - Background in user research, usability testing, and design validation. - Strong grasp of UX design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility best practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities. - Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams. - Ability to operate independently with limited oversight. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with enterprise software, operational platforms, or customer-facing applications. - Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries is preferred. - Experience partnering closely with engineering teams during implementation is preferred. - Experience working in both startup and enterprise settings is preferred. - Experience with Salesforce platforms and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is preferred. - Experience using AI-enabled design tools and workflows is preferred. - Experience supporting customer service, utility, energy, SaaS, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and operational challenges. - We conduct user research through interviews, feedback sessions, usability testing, and discovery workshops. - We turn research insights into practical design recommendations and product requirements. - We design intuitive workflows, dashboards, customer portals, and enterprise application experiences. - We create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - We simplify complex business processes into clear, user-friendly digital experiences. - We collaborate across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, testing, iteration, implementation, and validation. - We develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable design patterns. - We apply established frameworks such as Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) when appropriate. - We produce documentation and standards that support consistency across products and teams. - We work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs. - We present design concepts and rationale through compelling storytelling and stakeholder communication. - We help align cross-functional teams using visual communication and design artifacts. - We take part in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - We identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. - We explore emerging technologies and AI-assisted design tools to increase productivity and design quality. - We contribute to UX best practices, design operations, and continuous improvement efforts. - We perform additional duties as assigned.
