**Job Description**

The Lead Superintendent manages multifamily construction from start to finish --- owning day-to-day field operations and driving timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.

**Select Responsibilities**

* Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient sequencing
* Develop and drive project timelines and key milestones
* Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors in a safe, productive environment
* Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings and inspections
* Perform regular quality-control inspections to meet project specs and standards
* Monitor budget and expenditures with the PM; serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subs, and suppliers

**Ideal Candidate**

* 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent focused on ground up multifamily projects
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
* OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
