**What You'll Do**

* Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies.
* Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services.
* Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
* Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
* Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.
* Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
* Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
* Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.

**What We're Looking For**

* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
* IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
* Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
* Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
* Safely climb ladders and work at varying heights.
* Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
* Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when necessary.
* Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and restoration tools.
