### Must have:
### - We need at least 8 years of hands-on MBSE experience delivering artifacts such as system structure, behavior, requirements, and parameters across the engineering lifecycle. - We require strong proficiency with MBSE and related tools, with expert-level capability in at least one system modeling platform such as Cameo or Rhapsody, requirements management tools such as DOORS, or the IBM ELM environment, plus broad familiarity across these tools. - We need proven success collaborating across systems engineering, software, hardware, and test disciplines. - We require demonstrated experience delivering complex model-based system architectures, including structure, behavior, interfaces, and data flows. - We need the ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, effective system architectures. - We require excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - We prefer experience in systems architecture or MBSE tied to digital transformation, process improvement, tools, or large-scale business change programs. - We prefer background in enterprise or system-of-systems design and integration. - We prefer the ability to turn requirements into practical concepts that fit within tool constraints and existing organizational processes. - We prefer familiarity with program performance requirements and metrics. - We prefer MBSE certification or formal training such as INCOSE or OMG. - We prefer current Lockheed Martin Systems Architect certification at Qualified level or above. - We prefer knowledge of model-based architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, MODAF, or UAF. - We prefer test planning and execution experience. - We prefer experience creating playbooks, training materials, or instructional documentation. - We prefer experience with Agile and digital methods, as well as DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:

- We assess the current state of MBSE across RMS programs by engaging directly with programs to identify gaps, use cases, and improvement opportunities. - We build business cases, project plans, and cost estimates for 1LMX investment proposals. - We serve as the RMS liaison to MBSE leads, capability champions, the System Engineering Factory, and cross-BA MBSE leaders. - We create and maintain solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, requirements, process flows, test procedures, implementation guides, adoption playbooks, best-practice manuals, and knowledge-base content. - We train and enable stakeholders on solution architecture, configuration, and operational use. - We help define, create, and deliver 1LMX MBSE solutions through direct engagement with programs and stakeholders. - We support the full solution lifecycle from architecture through deployment, including requirements, process and solution development, verification, evaluation, testing, and rollout in the model-based environment.
