**Job Description**

We are seeking a **Senior Automation Test Engineer** to lead testing transformation across a complex FinTech communications ecosystem spanning voice, telephony, unified communications, and electronic communications platforms. The successful candidate will design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks that enable continuous certification, post-upgrade validation, and release readiness for a portfolio of 50 applications. The role requires hands-on automation expertise and the ability to advise architects and engineering teams on systems and strategies optimized for automated validation, with emphasis on robotic process automation.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks for diverse enterprise applications.

* Define automation approaches aligned to system architecture, integration complexity, and risk profiles.

* Integrate vendor automation tools and frameworks with enterprise-standard solutions.

* Evaluate and recommend low-code/no-code and AI-assisted automation platforms.

* Implement automation for certification of new releases and CVE-related remediations.

* Drive post-upgrade "ready for business" validation across the install base.

* Ensure comprehensive validation across UI workflows, APIs, integrations, and voice/telephony flows.

* Lead the shift from manual testing to automation-first validation models.

* Define and implement risk-based test coverage strategies for automated and legacy manual suites.

* Establish standardized testing practices within CI/CD pipelines and promote BDD where appropriate.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* 5 years designing and developing test automation frameworks in complex enterprise environments.

* Hands-on experience with Selenium, Rest-Assured, Cucumber, Postman, or equivalent tools.

* Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript for building robust automation suites.

* Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

* Background in Agile delivery with cross-functional collaboration.

* Ability to define and implement risk-based test coverage across manual and automated testing.

* Demonstrated success reducing manual testing dependency through automation at scale.

* Must have experience with Robotic Process Automation.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience in FinTech, financial markets, or regulated environments.

* Exposure to voice and telephony systems such as VoIP, SIP, call recording, or unified communications.

* Experience validating real-time communications workflows and audio interactions.

* Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms and AI-assisted testing tools.

* Experience integrating vendor-provided testing frameworks.

* Knowledge of compliance-driven testing and audit-defensible validation practices.
