We are looking for a **Senior Java Full Stack Lead** to drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role combines **technical leadership, architecture ownership, and hands-on development** across backend and frontend systems. You will lead a team of engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes.
* Architect and develop **scalable backend systems** using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
* Design and implement **RESTful APIs** and distributed systems.
* Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using **React or Angular with Redux**.
* Integrate front-end applications with backend services ensuring seamless data flow.
* Implement and maintain messaging/event-driven systems using **Kafka or MQ**.
* Define and enforce engineering standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.
* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders on technical design and execution.
* Manage CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and dependency tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Nexus).
* Drive Agile methodologies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
* Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
* Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and development processes.
**Required Qualifications**
* 10 years of experience in full-stack development
* Strong expertise in:
* **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture**
* **React or Angular (with Redux)**
* **REST APIs & distributed systems**
* Experience with messaging systems such as **Kafka or IBM MQ**
* Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools** (GitHub, Bitbucket, Nexus)
* Strong understanding of **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**
* Experience leading teams and making architecture decisions
* Solid understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**
