We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a growing team in Woodbury, Minnesota and create high-impact software that supports both business operations and customer experiences. In this role, you will shape backend services, contribute to modern web applications, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders as well as outside technology collaborators. Responsibilities:
Design and enhance scalable software solutions that support internal business tools and customer-facing applications.
Build and maintain backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop and document REST-based interfaces using OpenAPI and Swagger to enable consistent integration across platforms.
Create and support containerized applications to streamline deployment, portability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to define technical approaches and deliver effective solutions.
Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to front-end development efforts using React to deliver responsive and user-friendly application experiences.
Use GitHub and AI-assisted development tools to support code quality, team collaboration, and efficient delivery practices.
**Requirements**
7+ years of software development experience in enterprise or product-focused environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with C#, React, .NET, ASP.NET,AI and related Microsoft development frameworks.
Proven experience designing and building APIs, including RESTful services and interface documentation standards.
Solid understanding of JavaScript and React for modern web application development.
Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational database technologies.
Familiarity with containerized services and modern source control workflows using GitHub.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
