**Basic Qualifications**

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.. Agile experience preferred.

**CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:** Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time but preferred at at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a **System Engineer - COTs/NDI** (Sr Systems Eng) for SWC Fire Control, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development of Strategic Weapons Systems Capabilities under the nuclear triad. We strive to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that meet the rigorous demands of modern warfare and ensure the safety and success of our missions.

**Working in this capacity you will:**

* Lead the integration of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Non-Developmental Items (NDI) in our fire control systems with a continuous development mindset.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate and iterate on COTS/NDI solutions.
* Oversee testing and validation to ensure systems meet evolving program requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Enhance engineering processes and standards with a focus on agility, innovation, and robust software processes.

**Combined Salary Range**

USD $100,219.00 - USD $111,180.00 /Yr.
