▸ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: MFA, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, hardening, alert triage, and incident response

▸ 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Engineer durable automation in PowerShell/Python, modernize legacy workflows, and decide what should (and shouldn't) be automated --- and why

▸ 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: Top escalation point for complex issues, plus migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades

▸ 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Keep automation, baselines, and configurations clear, audited, and maintainable

▸ 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 in system administration and IT support, including hands-on security responsibilities

▸ Experience supporting multi-state or distributed environments with remote office support

▸ Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP knowledge

▸ Solid networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless)

▸ Hands-on security: MFA, endpoint protection, patch/vulnerability management, hardening, incident response

▸ Proven scripting in 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 plus one more language (Python or batch) --- with real examples

▸ Microsoft 365 administration and remote support tools (Remote Desktop, VNC)

▸ Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) used productively within policy

▸ SQL Server / IIS knowledge a plus; Security , Network , A , or Azure Administrator certifications preferred

▸ Ability to pass a background screen
