I wanted to share my experience with The Cleaning Authority - Mount Prospect for anyone considering working for this company. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere — there are much better opportunities out there than this mediocre company. They were extremely rude and unprofessional toward me as a potential employee. I had an interview scheduled for 9 AM and live about an hour away from the location. While on my way, I called to let them know I was running behind due to traffic, but their response was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. The gentleman on the phone deliberately hung up on me, showing no grace or understanding even though I was already on my way. Most companies understand that people can run late and are willing to accommodate, but that was not the case here. Based on that experience alone, I can only imagine how they treat their staff. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company.

I’ve had several very disappointing experiences with TCA. I’ve spoken to management previously and explained my concerns since things weren’t being cleaned (beds not made, garbage not thrown out) They’re too quick so they keep missing things. The last straw was when that they missed cleaning my bathroom. How can you miss cleaning a bathroom? There’s always different people coming so you can never have the same person cleaning. I would not recommend them.
