Being first time home buyers - there is so much that we had no idea how the process even worked. We were trying to get as educated as possible but let's be honest, google only gets you so far. That is where Megan Beechen comes in.. She was the best resource we could have had with us through this new experience. Every single question we had, she either had the answer or the drive to get us the correct answer. We were also looking at a time when the market was not heavily saturated with houses and demand was high - she worked diligently to always get us into showings as quickly as possible so we had the opportunity to see the house before it inevitably went contingent.
