Had a old drain pipe leak (corroded, resulting in a hole). Repair potentially a huge problem that could involve removing shower or kitchen sink cabinets to repair. We told Reliance that neither were good options as both recently remodeled. Alex saw a way to get it done by cutting relatively small openings in the sink cabinet and in the water wall in the basement. Minimal mess and we were back to normal in just a few hours, not to mention saving a lot of money! Thanks Alex and crew!

Mike Santa came to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He did an excellent job and cleared the drain in a very short time. Mike is a very polite and courteous individual. If we ever need a plumber I future, Reliance will be our choice and hopefully they will send Mike to do the work.
