Just don't use them. They are greedy!

I have a relatively new HVAC system from PHS that they talked me into with the sales pitch that I am good for 20 years. I came home 3 days ago to my house at over 90 degrees, humidity over 60 percent. I immediately called for a service appointment and this is where you get into their customer service nightmare. I have been putting hold for 15 mins and then hung up on. I had a tech assigned then after 6 hours of waiting and calling he never showed up. Finally someone shows up at 9:30 at night ( hours and hours after they said they would arrive) only to be told the system is fine and will come back online in 5 minutes. Needless to say the system did not come back on line. I then get an email saying if they have to come back out they will replace the motherboard. Considering the fan is not running it seems it’s a capacitor or a burned out motor not a board. I call again for service and nobody calls back, no escalation possible, the customer service people do not know what is going on. Communication sucks and it seems they are are out to fleece you into new equipment that you probably don’t need or a repair that is not needed. I would be very cautious with doing business with this company. Me and my pets are not happy.

If you want an honest thought on these guys, pm me and I will tell you the long story,but here is the short of it. I thought they were a 5 star but after YEARS of being a customer we are done. They should have a 0. They will over charge you and they don’t care. Find someone local.

Horrible business!! Wasted my entire day today. I have had no heat since yesterday, they were supposed to be out between 8-10am today. Multiple calls made and kept being reassured we were next on the list. Totally blew us off with no phone call. It’s supposed to be -2 tonight and we have no heat for 2nd night in a row.

Don’t walk run from this company as fast as you can. My family is a owner of a small trade business and we have never experienced such horrible customer service and technical care from any company. We have ever serviced as homeowners for the last 15 years. Run as fast as you can.!!!!

the amount of reschedules I had to schedule while working for them was incredible. lack of educated installers, management chosen by favoritism, not to mention 1000's of incorrect warranties they promised. I can give more now that the nda is gone. hit me up.
