******Day in the life: Responsibilities******
****-Contract process management for all production jobs.****
****-Manage Branch Contractor Licenses as needed****
****-Deposit checks and submit daily deposit reports to A/R Department****
****-Consistent communication with Collections Manager****
****-Change Orders****
****-Order COI and WCB for New Projects****
******What you bring (Requirements)******
****· 3-5 years' related experience in Construction environment, preferable commercial Construction****
****· Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable****
****· Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project****
****· Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving****
