Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in the DFW area, supporting large-scale ground-up healthcare projects, including a major hospital campus currently underway.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in managing day-to-day project operations on a large ground-up hospital project
* Support Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
* Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Maintain communication between field teams, clients, and subcontractors
* Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Assist with project documentation and reporting
**Qualifications:**
* 2--5+ years of experience in commercial construction
* Experience in healthcare or higher education projects
* Exposure to ground-up construction projects
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
**What's Offered:**
* Base salary: $85,000 -- $115,000
