**Job Description**

The Estimator prepares conceptual and hard-bid estimates for ground-up multifamily projects, partnering with the preconstruction and project teams from early budgeting through buyout.

**Select Responsibilities**

* Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for ground-up multifamily projects
* Perform quantity takeoffs and build out detailed cost breakdowns
* Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
* Support value engineering and constructability reviews
* Maintain unit-cost and historical-cost data
* Hand off budgets to the project team at buyout

**Ideal Candidate**

* 1+ years estimating ground-up multifamily construction (garden, wrap, or podium)
* Experience with full takeoffs and subcontractor bid leveling
* Proficiency in estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office
