Project Manager -- Healthcare

Our client is an award-winning architecture and design firm with more than 70 years of excellence delivering complex Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Technology, and Workplace projects across the United States. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced **Project Manager -- Healthcare** to join their Philadelphia team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple healthcare projects from planning through construction completion.
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project delivery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
* Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain high standards of design quality, technical delivery, and client satisfaction.
* Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
* Prepare and manage additional service requests where project scope changes occur.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
* Architectural Registration preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
* At least 5 years managing Healthcare architectural projects.
* Strong experience delivering hospitals, clinical facilities, ambulatory care, medical office buildings, or other healthcare environments.
* Excellent project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of healthcare building codes and regulatory requirements.
* Financial management experience including budgets, staffing plans, forecasting, and project reporting.
* Experience with Deltek or similar project management software is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Revit, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
