### Your New Role
* Lead complex industrial roofing and insulated metal panel (IMP) projects from preconstruction through closeout for facilities across the United States.
* You'll oversee projects valued between $8M-$12M while coordinating roofing systems, thermal envelope construction, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
* Manage industrial roofing and insulated metal panel (IMP) projects from planning through completion
* Oversee multiple projects with annual workloads ranging from $8M-$12M
* Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and project forecasts
* Coordinate roofing scopes with IMP installation and other building envelope trades
* Manage project schedules, subcontractors, materials, procurement, and documentation
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
* Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
* Resolve field issues involving manpower, scheduling, logistics, and project execution
* Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to company leadership
* Travel monthly to project sites throughout the United States
