### - We require an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, with a clearance that has been active within the past 24 months considered current. - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent. - We require at least 14 years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - We require experience in lab testing, flight testing, or systems testing. - We require experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates. - We require experience with orchestration platforms, CI/CD practices, and GitOps-managed environments. - We require experience using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate routine work, move data between systems, and improve reliability. - We require experience leading people and complex programs. - We prefer a bachelor of science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related STEM field, along with extensive work experience. - We prefer hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and operating production-grade Kubernetes environments at scale. - We prefer strong problem-solving ability and sound technical judgment with minimal oversight. - We prefer excellent leadership and communication skills for working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - We prefer deep knowledge of DevSecOps security frameworks and compliance standards such as CIS, NIST, SOC 2, and FedRAMP. - We prefer expertise in observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch. - We prefer advanced study or ongoing education in STEM or a related discipline. - We prefer certifications such as CKA, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. - We prefer familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd. - We prefer a track record of mentoring senior technical leaders in fast-growing teams. - We prefer experience driving an automation-first and DevSecOps-focused culture in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

- We provide senior technical leadership for automated lab provisioning, integration infrastructure, and secure test environment operations within our DevSecOps organization. - We own the architecture and design of scalable, repeatable, and secure lab deployment workflows that support development, integration, and testing. - We establish and promote automation-first processes for provisioning, configuration, orchestration, and sustainment of distributed lab systems and devices. - We drive standardization of lab baselines, deployment methods, asset visibility, and operational controls across the testing environment. - We integrate software delivery, infrastructure automation, and test support capabilities into a unified DevSecOps operating model. - We develop secure and reliable approaches for device emulation, software installation, and environment recovery while maintaining auditability, traceability, and controlled change management. - We help reduce delivery risk by removing manual setup steps, limiting configuration drift, and improving environment availability and reliability. - We coordinate closely with engineering, testing, cyber-security, and program management teams to align automation capabilities with program priorities. - We provide technical direction, troubleshooting guidance, and leadership to help mature a new team into a scalable, high-performing function. - We mentor senior engineers and technical leads and support leadership development across the engineering community.
