### Your New Role
* Work as a Carpenter on exterior repair and restoration projects throughout the Portland Metro area including Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Clark, Yamhill, and Marion Counties
* Support crews performing siding, framing, waterproofing, rot repair, and exterior carpentry work
* Diagnose structural and exterior envelope issues including water intrusion, dry rot, and framing damage
* Perform and supervise window and door installations, deck construction, and exterior restoration projects
* Assist with job site workflow, materials, and project timelines
* Ensure projects meet company quality standards, production goals, and safety expectations
* Leadership opportunities may be available for candidates with prior crew lead experience
* Read and interpret project scopes, measurements, and construction specifications
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and field leadership
* Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
