**Core Qualifications:**
* **Proven Tenure:** 8 years of dedicated experience in an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) role, construction project management, or boutique project advisory consulting.
* **Sector Expertise:** Direct execution history managing high-end commercial interiors, corporate law firms, complex healthcare, or life sciences build-outs is a major asset.
* **Technical Logistics:** Advanced, flawless mastery of construction logic, phasing interdependencies, budget tracking, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel formatting.
* **Professional Poise:** Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. You must possess the clarity, thoughtfulness, and communication structure required to comfortably run executive-level board meetings and command the confidence of high-profile institutional clients.
* **The Execution Mindset:** Highly motivated, self-directed, and empowered by an independent work ethic that thrives under tight project milestones and hard deadlines.
**Primary Role Responsibilities:**
* **Owner's Representation:** Assume full, front-line accountability for all planning, procurement, and execution phases of multi-million dollar commercial construction portfolios.
* **Financial & Schedule Logistics:** Strictly define, level, and coordinate comprehensive project budgets, cost estimates, master timelines, and programmatic critical paths.
* **Procurement Management:** Lead the entire end-to-end RFP process, creating detailed leveling sheets to onboard design, MEP, IT/AV, acoustical, security, furniture, and environmental (LEED) specialists.
* **OAC Command:** Orchestrate weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, establish sharp weekly agendas, and distribute definitive executive meeting minutes.
* **Design Coordination:** Drive and streamline the efforts of the design team to guarantee the flawless, timely coordination of complex drawing sets against client space requirements.
* **On-Site Field Oversight:** Attend weekly site walk-throughs to rigorously inspect construction progress, manage overall Construction Administration, and verify compliance with structural benchmarks.
* **Final Outfitting:** Oversee the procurement, delivery, and installation of all specialized FF&E, AV/IT infrastructure, internal signage, and branding components through to handover.
