A respected DC based commercial general contractor specializing in delivering top-quality office, retail, office, government and healthcare interior construction projects throughout Northern Virginia and the DC area are hiring a Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager). Position has been generated due to the continued growth of the organization and we are looking for either a seasoned PM/SPM looking for career growth and challenge.

**Your new role:**
You will be responsible for delivering commercial construction interior projects from inception through completion. Likely you would be managing 3-4 projects at various stages simultaneously and range from $500K -- $5M. Projects can include private and public work including historic preservations, structural core & shell upgrades, building facades, as well as full corporate renovations and fit-outs.
You will be supported by a dedicated preconstruction, accounting, and administrative team in the office, as well as a Superintendent in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include contract management, financial oversight, schedule management, along with leading all correspondence with the client and key vendors.
**What you'll need to succeed:**
* 6+ years' experience working for a general contractor delivering interior construction projects in the values of $500K - $5M range.
* Ideally you will have mixed commercial construction experience including medical, retail and office.
* Have led projects as a Project Manager position where you been responsible for the full delivery of your projects.
* Degree qualified preferred but not essential.
* Comfortable with being on-site visiting job sites across the DC and Northern VA area.
