### - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. - We need at least 7 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or portfolio management. - We look for demonstrated leadership in PMO operations, governance, and strategic planning. - We need proven ability to support data-driven decisions through portfolio analytics and reporting. - We require expertise in demand management, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning. - We look for the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across portfolios of different sizes and complexity. - We need a strong background in strategic planning, roadmap development, and organizational change management. - We require a solid understanding of project delivery methods, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. - We look for excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and executive presentation skills. - Preferred: certification in PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or ServiceNow SPM or a related credential. - Preferred: experience with ServiceNow SPM modules or similar portfolio management tools. - Preferred: experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments. - Preferred: familiarity with enterprise architecture, digital transformation programs, and process improvement. - Preferred: experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as Jira, SAP, or financial systems. - Preferred: experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and investment planning.

Responsibilities:

- We lead PMO strategy development and execution, including governance frameworks, delivery standards, and operating models aligned with enterprise priorities. - We oversee the intake, prioritization, and demand management process for IT projects to ensure transparency and business alignment. - We standardize project and program management approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. - We develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for delivery performance, resource utilization, and financial tracking using ServiceNow SPM. - We define and drive the ServiceNow SPM roadmap across demand management, portfolio planning, resource management, financial tracking, and reporting. - We improve enterprise portfolio management processes so strategy, funding, and technology delivery stay aligned. - We serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SPM, guiding configuration, enhancements, and adoption across the enterprise. - We partner with technical teams to design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. - We lead IT PMO transformation efforts, including process optimization, tool enablement, and organizational change management. - We mentor project managers and PMO resources to build a high-performance delivery culture. - We identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks and issues and act as an escalation point when needed. - We manage vendor relationships, including ServiceNow partners, to support successful delivery and value realization. - We communicate portfolio health and strategic insights to senior and executive leadership. - We promote best practices in governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment. - We travel domestically up to approximately 5% as required.
