### - We need a degree or background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline; advanced certifications in systems engineering or enterprise architecture are a plus. - We want proven experience integrating warehouse management systems, including Synapse, EDI, ERP, or comparable platforms. - We are looking for strong experience supporting 3PL or high-volume warehouse operations. - We require hands-on knowledge of warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, picking and packing, wave planning, replenishment, inventory control, cycle counts, ASN processing, RF scanners, and barcode systems. - We need experience integrating Synapse with EDI, ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, and shipping tools like UPS, FedEx, or ShipStation. - We expect SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting. - We value experience training warehouse staff. - We need the ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues independently, without vendor assistance. - We are looking for excellent problem-solving skills and strong cross-functional communication abilities to turn technical concepts into practical guidance.

- We maintain ETL processes to keep data synchronized across WMS, EDI, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. - We work with cross-functional teams to support system rollout, resolve issues, and keep warehouse IT infrastructure running smoothly. - We implement security best practices, including cloud protections, firewall rules, VPN access controls, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence review, and system hardening to safeguard logistics data.
