A longstanding client of ours is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. They're a vertically integrated Real Estate Developer based in Miami, helping shape the Miami skyline with some of its most iconic properties.

**The Projects**

They own some of Miami's most exciting developments right now. With over 20 years experience in the Miami market, their portfolio is made up of a collection of mixed-use and residential projects, generally valued at $500M+.

**The Position**

The right candidate must have experience working on high-end condominium or mixed-use projects. Experience on the owner side is not a necessity as they are also open to people from a General Contractor background.
