### What You'll Do
* Sell service agreements and contracts, DMG equipment, and lab controls projects directly to building owners.
* Prospect actively; qualify needs; frame solutions that solve reliability, compliance, and efficiency challenges.
* Develop offers that include maintenance plans, retrofit scopes, and after‑sales support.
* Cultivate relationships with end‑user owners and collaborate with factory partners while supporting the broader DMG sales team.
* Guide purchasing decisions for lab controls, DDC controls, and HVAC equipment/services.
* Run the full sales cycle---from pipeline creation to contract signature and diligent post‑sale follow‑up.
* Resolve customer issues promptly, protecting uptime and trust.
### What You Bring
* 3--5+ years in technical sales, ideally within building technologies.
* Fluency in service/maintenance plans and contractual structures.
* Working knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems and controls, including DDC and lab controls.
* Polished communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
### Compensation
Starting at $80,000 annually plus commission.
