What You'll Do:

* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments
* Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care
* Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines
* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication
* Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
* Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
* Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion

What You'll Need:

* M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* ASHA CCC preferred
