**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead and oversee hardware development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of hardware products.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage a team of hardware engineers to deliver innovative hardware solutions.
* Oversee the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
* Develop and implement best practices for hardware development processes.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in hardware engineering and team management.
* Strong understanding of hardware design, development, and testing processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with hardware development tools and technologies.
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hardware engineering.
