**Required Qualifications**
* 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
* Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Strong front-end development experience with React.js and Next.js.
* Experience with modern UI technologies and frameworks including Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI applications.
* Experience with AI agent frameworks such as ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
* Experience designing and developing multi-agent or agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
* 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
* Strong understanding of enterprise software engineering principles and application architecture.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
* Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be located in the Columbus, OH area and able to accommodate onsite interview and work requirements as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
