A Leadership Opportunity with an Established Brand
An established Los Angeles luxury dog resort has expanded to Dallas, and we are seeking a General Manager to lead our Dallas location.
For more than a decade, our flagship facility in California has built a reputation for exceptional care, thoughtful design, and an environment where dogs can safely play, socialize, and relax under professional supervision. In Dallas, we're looking for a strong operational leader to uphold those same standards of excellence and keep raising the bar.
This is an opportunity to lead a growing team, shape the culture of a brand-new facility, and grow a premium location in one of the country's fastest-growing markets.
While a love of dogs is important, success in this role depends on strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a busy multi-department service business.

* $60,000 -- $70,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
* Monthly performance bonus
* Medical, dental, and vision benefits (after eligibility period)
* Paid time off and employee discounts
* Complimentary daycare and boarding for your own dog
* Two weeks of paid training in Los Angeles (travel and lodging included)
* Growth opportunities as the company expands to additional locations
