I cannot say enough amazing things about Melanie. From inquiring about Lasik to the day of my surgery she was there to help answer any questions and ease my nerves throughout the entire process. Dr. Strinden and his surgery assistants did a great job keeping my nerves calm and instructing me what to do during the entire surgery process. My eyes feel great and I am loving that I can see without glasses or contacts. I would highly recommend Bagan Strinden Vision!

From the moment I made the phone call and inquired about Lasik, I knew this was the place for me. Made the consultation appointment, was greeted by such friendly receptionists. Melanie was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and assured me that I was in good hands. She provided me with all the info I needed to plan for the procedure. Mel is amazing and I appreciated her. She was the reason I said YES to Lasik. I had my procedure yesterday afternoon and it went so smoothly…. It’s stressful having any kind of surgery done. Dr. Strinden was SO calm.. he knew I was under some stress 😉 Today I can see so clearly and it’s only going to get better I Highly, HIGHLY recommend Bagan Strinden Vision if you’re on the fence about getting Lasik done. I am so happy I chose Bagan Strinden Vision after contacting several lasik vision centers with questions after months of research. I was happy with the results right away and have had zero complications and my eyes have not been uncomfortable in the least. I also am so glad that the monovision option was given to me as I now have 20/20 vision with both eyes and have not needed my reading glasses either since the procedure by Dr. Bagan. All the things I had worried about pre-surgery ended up being non-issues. I went to sleep after and woke up in the morning with new eyes after wearing contacts for almost 35 years! Thank you!
