A nationally respected, fast-growing GC is seeking a Project Executive to help lead and grow their Charlotte division, with a focus on entertainment, gaming, and hospitality projects. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who not only delivers complex projects, but also enjoys building client relationships and driving new business.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a full relocation package provided. The Carolinas continue to see major growth across commercial construction, offering a strong and stable pipeline of work. **++The Role:++**
* Serve as a market leader and key face of the company in the Charlotte region
* Lead business relations efforts within entertainment, gaming, and hospitality markets
* Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and key industry partners
* Drive pursuits, proposals, and client presentations alongside preconstruction teams
* Track and manage opportunities from early concept through contract execution
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring performance across schedule, budget, and safety
* Partner with operations and preconstruction to ensure successful project outcomes
**++What We Are Looking For:++**
* 12+ years of construction experience, with leadership at the Project Executive or senior level
* Strong background in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or large-scale commercial projects
* Proven ability to win work and build long-term client relationships
* Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from pursuit through closeout
* Strong understanding of delivery methods, contracts, and overall project lifecycle
