A rapidly expanding **national facilities management and integrated services organization** is seeking an experienced **Executive Vice President of Operations** to lead large-scale operational delivery across the United States.

This is a **key executive leadership position** responsible for overseeing regional operational performance, driving service excellence, improving margins, and scaling operations across a diverse portfolio of major enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with the **CEO and executive leadership team** to implement operational strategy, support national growth, and ensure best-in-class service delivery.

The Role

As **Executive Vice President of Operations**, you will lead operational strategy, performance, and delivery across multiple service lines and regional teams.

You will be responsible for building high-performing leadership teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the organization consistently delivers exceptional service across complex client contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee **national operational delivery** across multiple regions

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a **proven operational leader within facilities management, building services, or integrated services**, with experience managing large, multi-site operations and leading significant teams.

You will combine strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational excellence at scale.

Experience Required

• 15 years' leadership experience in **facilities management, integrated services, or large-scale operational environments**

• Proven success overseeing **multi-region or national operations**

• Experience managing **large operational teams and complex service delivery models**

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with **P&L responsibility**

• Experience supporting growth through **contract mobilization and operational scaling**

• Executive-level leadership and stakeholder management experience
