I have used King Heating for over 10 years at two different residences and they never cease to amaze me with their service. David S is a magnificent technician if you are lucky enough to get him!

1/23/25 Made a call to TJ at King Heating for some non-emergency Heating Unit repairs at our office. This is my first experience with the company but had this good experience to share. Got a quick follow up call from Amy at their office for more details. She got it scheduled. They were on site and made the necessary repairs before the end of the day! Issues were resolved at tge time of service 👍 Appreciated the follow up and timely service. Thank you! Chuck

Last year, I gave King 5 stars, but after this last experience with them, I wish I could give 0 stars. Last year, in October (2023), they came out and fixed our furnace, which I was grateful for. However with an almost $3k cost to repair it was hard to imagine since our furnace was installed by them in 2019. Fast forward to this year (2024), exactly 1 year and 1 week from them being here our furnace went out again. I called them to have them look at it since they repaired it before. After they came out to look at my furnace, they told me it was the EXACT same problem as last year and it wasn't under warranty. They also weren't going to warrantee the furnace itself. They quoted me over $3k to repair it AGAIN (not including the $300+ I spent for diagnostics and for them to flush the furnace out) but they also couldn't tell me what was causing the issue or guarantee that them fixing it would sold the issue. Then, they suggested I replace the furnace (only 5 years old) and the ac unit. The estimate for new was $10-13k. I decided to call another company for a second opinion. The other company not only got my furnace running but also fixed the issue that King created when installing my furnace. The new company I used cost under $400 for diagnostics and repair, and they guarantee their work. I will NEVER use King again!

Very pleased with both projects preformed in our home. Great follow up service and scheduled yearly service. Team members courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Professionalism, explaining products so lay person can understand; honesty with customer regarding all aspects of the product.

Tech told me my fan motor needed to be replaced at $1600. Another company replaced my Capacitor for $100. Company would not refund the $100 they charged me. I spent 2 miserable nights because it was hot them days. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
