### Must have:
### - Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), with the willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph - One of the following educational backgrounds with corresponding years of relevant experience: - High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience - Associates degree with 8 years of relevant experience - Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience - Masters degree with 4 years of relevant experience - PhD with 2 years of relevant experience - Current IAT II Compliant Certification - Deep understanding of DoD Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) and Intelligence Community (IC) standards, processes, and significant programs - Knowledge of DoD and IC Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), and tactical communications - Familiarity with major intelligence databases, data needs, and web-based services - Successful completion of pre-employment qualifications as set by Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities:

- Assess users needs, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to develop network requirements specifications - Assist users in defining requirements, suggest alternative methods, and conduct feasibility studies - Evaluate network requirements and capacity while leading design and development initiatives - Provide technical guidance for the integration of network requirements, design, and technology - Integrate new network plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations - Create network architecture and design documentation - Assist in network development and implementation planning through the preparation of management and integration test plans - Design and implement new technologies within both local and wide area networks - Handle advanced troubleshooting and resolution of intricate network issues - Manage the transition and development of network addressing schemes - Engage with government representatives concerning Network Engineering technical aspects and any related problems or conflicts - Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of deliverables related to the Network Engineering domain - Maintain communication with other program personnel, government oversight bodies, and senior executives - Fulfill additional job-related tasks as assigned
