In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers and client teams to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various initiatives while contributing to community-focused work.
Responsibilities
* Support Project Managers with day ‑ to ‑ day coordination of active projects and client programs
* Maintain and organize project schedules, documentation, data, and reporting materials
* Coordinate project information across client databases and internal systems
* Prepare status updates, reports, and supporting materials for project tracking
* Assist with assigning resources and coordinating updates across project teams
* Serve as a key point of coordination between internal staff and client stakeholders, including handling financial inquiries
Skills
* Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field required
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project design required
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access required, with experience using project management tools
* Knowledge of client industrial process efficiency programs is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-focused mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Bachelor's degree preferred
