### - Were looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on web application development experience, particularly with React, Spring Boot, Python, or Go. - We need a strong grasp of core computer science principles, including software architecture, algorithms, and data structures. - We want experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or comparable providers. - We need familiarity with microservice-based architectures. - We expect strong verbal and written communication skills. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is required. - You must be able to travel up to 10%. - U.S. citizenship is required, and you must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance. - Additional value if you have experience in Agile environments. - Additional value if you have worked with React meta-frameworks such as Next.js or TanStack. - Additional value if you bring database expertise, especially with Redis, Elasticsearch, or InfluxDB. - Additional value if you have UX/UI design experience or interest. - Additional value if you have used CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, ArgoCD, or similar. - Additional value if you have experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Additional value if you have leadership experience or an interest in scrum master, team lead, or mentoring work.

Responsibilities:

- We collaborate closely with other engineers as part of an Agile-first, self-organized Scrum team. - We work together on emerging designs, tailoring the level of detail to the situation. - We rapidly deliver customer-focused features and adjust direction when feedback calls for it. - We serve as a frontend or backend subject matter expert while mentoring more junior engineers and maintaining full-stack understanding. - We partner with our UX design team to build efficient, attractive workflows. - We continuously look for better ways to advance our technology and strengthen our team.
