* Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinical settings, using evidence-based techniques.
* Educate and collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
* Adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient progress.
* Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
**Requirements**
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Current or eligibility for Missouri state SLP license.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.
* Ability to work collaboratively in both school and healthcare settings.
