Technical Writer (Architecture and Construction) Edit listing

**Location:** Dallas or New York

We are seeking a technical / specifications writer to support our Technical Design team. Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with architects, and engineers to identify and document appropriate building materials, assemblies, and systems

* Prepare comprehensive project specifications and manuals using established master specification content

* Provide technical input and guidance throughout the design process and during construction

* Support project teams during construction administration with specification-related reviews and responses

* Conduct product research, analysis, and comparative evaluations

* Assist with technical problem-solving and detailing as needed

* Contribute to quality control efforts related to documentation and specifications
