I do not recommend this company. They need a customer service department overhaul. It took weeks for my shipment and it was missing an item. I contacted Stealth belt multiple times for the item or refund with no success. Buyer beware!

I ordered a Stealth Belt about 6 weeks ago. Immediately after ordering, I attempted contacting the company to verify I ordered the correct product (vertical vs horizontal orientation) since the order confirmation didn’t specify. Calling the company is useless as the automated voice system just directs you to send an email. So, I sent an email. I received an automated response to my email stating someone would respond as soon as possible and please don’t send multiple emails. So, I did not send another email and waited. This was about 6 weeks ago and I just received my StealthBelt today. It was in fact the wrong product. Still have not received a response to my email. Can’t call them…. All I can do is send another email. At this point, they can take their product and reimburse my money. For a $119 product, this customer service is unacceptable. This is really disappointing as I was looking forward to a good quality ostomy belt.

I ordered one and after 3 months and horrible customer service with no response then trying to get my money back after not receiving the product a person finally emailed us and assured us one was on the way. After waiting another week nothing shipped. So sad when a patient goes through a life changing experience getting an ostomy a then deals with this. Just a sad experience.

what's happened to this company? it used to be so good. Now they let you order online , take your money then ghost you! Can't reach anyone ! Just a recorded line referring you back to website!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have two orders that are 4 weeks overdue. They do not answer their phones. I have made 3 different email request for them to call me. No response from them at all.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. I have ordered at least 8 belts from this company since 2020. Very good product. I have never had this problem before. Has always been a good company up until about 6 months ago. They now have an AUTO RECORDING on their phone that says they are backed up due to high volumn of orders. Enough time has elapsed for them to get their business back in order. It appears to me they have abandoned their customer base.
