After waiting another week nothing shipped. So sad when a patient goes through a life changing experience getting an ostomy a then deals with this. Just a sad experience.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have two orders that are 4 weeks overdue. They do not answer their phones. I have made 3 different email request for them to call me. No response from them at all.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. I have ordered at least 8 belts from this company since 2020. Very good product. I have never had this problem before. Has always been a good company up until about 6 months ago. They now have an AUTO RECORDING on their phone that says they are backed up due to high volumn of orders. Enough time has elapsed for them to get their business back in order. It appears to me they have abandoned their customer base.

Bought vertical with hernia support about 1.5 years ago. Wish support was a little better but the belt works great. Just bought another vertical without hernia support and the material seems a little lighter and the whole belt is smaller? Hope this is not a bad sign.

I purchased the vertical pro belt for a Urostomy. Although the belt is made very well with nice material it is not suitable for a urostomy. My pouch hangs way lower than the zippered pocket. It requires me to bunch my pouch together to fit in the pocket making it no longer a sleek option. The belt is pretty pricey and I am so disappointed that I was not told that it doesn't properly fit urostomy pouches.
There is also way too much material above the opening. If they just placed the opening further up on the belt then maybe a urostomy pouch would fit. I believe this is a major design flaw that I am surprised more people are not putting in their reviews.

I purchased a 200.00 + stealth belt and it didn’t fit properly. The solution that STEALTH BELT gave was for me the customer to cut holes in the belt and run elastic thru it. This was my experience. GOOD LUCK if you decide to purchase one. I hope you get a right fit because you may be ask to alter it yourself.
UPDATE: Since my post Stealth Belt has reached out to me and has since sent me out a NEW belt that fits great and does exactly what it’s suppose to do. They have been extremely nice and I will DEFINITELY be buying another Stealth Belt in the future. I would definitely recommend Stealth Belt !!

Let me start with I love my Stealthbelt. I own 3. Two regular pro belts and a neoprene. They help keep my bags out of sight and remove the odd weight associated the contents. :) I bought two pro belts because I am very active outside in the Florida sun and it's nice to get out of the sweaty one and into a fresh one for the evening.
Their customer service and recovery has been great. I did have a shipping confusion with my second order but they made it right quickly. Thanks Collin for making things right. :)

I wish I had used it much earlier and I will DEFINITELY be ordering some more as the one I have is the neoprene one for water sports (I want to try the regular pro and hybrid for everyday use/sports). I also ordered the muffler and stoma guard...those are being shipped out right now. Richard was great in helping me decide which product would be best for me and with sizing.
