**Key Responsibilities:**
* Partner with the business development team to shape and execute strategies aimed at securing new work from priority clients, drawing on CRM data, internal insights, external research, industry platforms, and market intelligence.
* Assist in developing and implementing approaches for strengthening long term relationships with existing clients, including establishing follow up processes to capture key project and client updates at major milestones.
* Conduct targeted research and market analysis to support business development priorities, including insights on prospective clients, stakeholders, regions, industries, sectors, and competitors.

* Manage the schedule and strategy for conferences and events, providing both pre-event preparation and post-event analysis.
* Follow up with clients on bid outcomes---both successful and unsuccessful---and share feedback with the business development and leadership teams.
* Support the creation and delivery of presentations, credentials packages, and portfolios for new business pursuits.
* Contribute to the execution of regional and local business development, marketing, and communications activities, ensuring alignment with best practices and quality standards.

**Skills and Experience:**
* A minimum of eight years of experience in business development or client facing roles within the AEC sector or a similar professional services environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing CRM platforms and handling complex data needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong preference for candidates skilled in InDesign.
