**MMC Contracting** **Superintendent** **Location** : Columbus, GA

**Travel** : Regular travel to job sites in Columbus and surrounding Georgia/Alabama project areas, as needed.

**Compensation** : $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced **Superintendent** to lead field operations on our commercial renovation projects.

**Your Role** As a **Superintendent** , you will lead field execution for commercial remodel and renovation projects, including plan reading, subcontractor coordination, daily safety checks, quality control, and ensuring schedule adherence. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and operations team to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
* Read and interpret project plans while verifying field conditions
* Track schedule milestones to ensure project timelines are met
* Maintain a safe, quality, and organized job site
* Report progress, issues, and material needs to Project Manager and operations
* Support punch lists and closeout work

**Qualifications**

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial superintendent
* Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans confidently
* Proven leadership and communication skills with subcontractors and internal teams
* Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
* Valid driver's license required
* Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar platforms preferred

* Full-time, W-2 Employment
* Base Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience
* Bonus structure in addition to base salary
